There was a very small window in which Dan and Emily could get married. Dan had to report to his new assignment out of state, which means they would have to move and all the family would be in town for christmas - so January 2nd it was! That would also give them time to have a reception in Idaho for Dan's side too. They were married in the American Fork Temple on a beautiful winter day - and Aunt Emily looked beautiful with her beautiful mink white cape and fluff hand warmer. Most these photos have red eyes and are blurry - but that's what we get from old cameras!
